Our mission
Our mission is to give UD students a voice in the political process by helping them learn about current issues and get involved in campaigns and their communities.

Make your plan to vote
U.S. Senate, U.S. House, Attorney General, State Treasurer, State Auditor, the General Assembly, and county offices are all on the ballot. Here's everything you need to vote in Delaware.
Key dates
- Sat, Oct. 10Registration deadlineLast day to register to vote for the general election. Delaware does not have same-day registration.
- Oct. 22 – Nov. 1Early votingVote in person at any early voting site in your county. Oct. 22–24 and Oct. 26–27, 7 AM–7 PM. Oct. 28–Nov. 1, 11 AM–7 PM. Closed Sunday, Oct. 25.
- Fri, Oct. 30Absentee ballot request deadlineRequest by this date so your ballot can be mailed to you.
- Tue, Nov. 3Election DayPolls are open 7 AM to 8 PM. Absentee ballots must be received by 8 PM.

College students can choose where to vote. You can register in Delaware using your campus address, or stay registered at home and vote absentee there. You can't do both. Deadlines in your home state may be earlier than Delaware's, so check them now.
